Car-Mart

This place is a joke. They lie and don't honor they're contract. You will receive a 12000 Mile warranty but what they don't tell you is if there is a problem they schedule your mechanic appointment a month or two it so hopefully you use your mileage up. They are the Rudest people i have ever met. Its all do to poor management aka jesse rob. The scary post is tisa is even worse and they informed me she will be management soon. They are the by far the worst car dealers in bowling green. Plus to top it off they spray painted my under carriage to hide the overwhelming amount of rust... Rides rip offs..

Don't know where to begin. Went to look at some cars and a salesman cam to help us and so we run the numbers to see what would be required to purchase a vehicle. He said that I needed to bring in 25 can goods for the food drive and $600 and I could choose nearly any vehicle they had. So we came back the next afternoon with the canned goods and the $600 down and then they said that even though my wife and I work full time jobs and have no other payments of any kind there is no way we could afford any car. Treated us as if we were trash. The lady at the desk, Tisa is her name. She started interrogating me about my personal life about how if I bought a car then I wouldn't be able to afford cigarettes or groceries. She said she recently had surgery on her buttocks...well I think they left her head up there!! Another salesman(martel) came to deal with me and I specifically asked to only deal with him but he pawned me off onto Dublin who kept ignoring us and talking on his personal phone, not work related. So finally they were going to allow us to buy the absolute cheapest car on the lot. Our car broke down and decided we would take it because we desperately needed anything that ran to get to work. So the lady approved us for that car. (My sister spent over 20,000 dollars buying two cars within the last few months. On for her,one for our mother.and always pays on time. That's how we are.) So anyway she approved us for this car and this car only(based on my smoking habit). She run the numbers, filled out the paperwork and we were walking out to the car and somebody was gone in it on a test drive. They said that because somebody was driving it we would have to wait and see if they wanted to buy it before we could keep it. How f-n screwed up are these people. That was the final straw. I did not wait around to see if they wanted it on not. I had been humiliated and belittled enough so I took my money elsewhere. You would think than a family buys cars from them and they are excellent customers then you need to make them priority. Trust me, there are plenty of good car dealerships in bowling green. Do not make the same mistake I did and leave feeling as though your worthless. There whole setup is smoke and mirrors backed by gimmicks and degradation. Hope this helps you make the right decision.
