Wendy's

This rating is not exactly for the restaurant. I have eaten at this Wendy's several times and have never been disappointed.



This review is about one the your employees. His name is Eric McKinney. On September 9, 2013 I hit something that bent the left from rim on my car. I pulled over into the parking lot at Wendy's, called my son to get some help. Eric was on break and offered to help me. He immediately took out his jack, jacked the car up and put the spare on. He was finished before my son arrived;

In my opinion he went above and beyond the call of duty to help a person in need. I think this kind of concern for people is the reason Wendy's is successful.

I would like to recommend that Eric McKinney be given at least a written "Atta Boy" or even better a pay raise and consideration for advancement with the Wendy's organization.
