Vesta Lee Lumber

I went in to make a craft project and they supplied me with all of the materials I needed! I explained the project I wanted to do, and as I do not know all of the lumber/tool lingo they were able to figure out exactly what I needed with just my descriptions. I go there all the time for craft projects for my classroom and they are always very helpful.

The workers are very friendly! They are also very helpful. I am not a handy man and am not very good at knowing the names of items, but the workers behind the counter always know what I mean when I describe my desired items.

We got there 20-30 minutes before closing and the guy working the front desk seemed annoyed that we were there. We asked where the plywood was located and he just pointed out back without telling us where it was. When we found it, we asked him if he could cut it down for us and he said "no, we don't have time for that today." He wasn't doing anything except standing behind the front desk and there was still 20 minutes before closing. Very bad customer service. We left without purchasing anything and had a much better experience with True Value down the road. What's sad is we were trying to support a small, local business, but they could have cared less about us as customers.
