The Shoe Guy

Every time I have gone in to this place they have always helped me to repair a treasured shoe, purse, etc. they do a great job and always get it done quickly. I love these guys!

I've been going to the shoe guy seven years now. I have a drill team that is tough on their boots and he is always prompt to drop everything to help me with taps, boot paint and random questions. He always makes sure I don't have to spend too much as he realizes my drill team is a non profit. Great people there.

terrible service. I asked for a specific repair, and while he did a nice repair, it was not what I wanted or asked for. I started to tell him why I needed that repair done specifically and he threw me out of his store and told me not to come back! I was not angry or rude, but trying to educate him as to my need for this request. He took anything I said as a personal attack when I was being very calm and informative. I intended to pay him for what he did as he did do a nice job other than it wasn't what I asked for. I waited a few minutes for him to calm down and went back in to pay him and he ordered me out again!
