Nitro Cab

No show for a 5:30 airport ride. I had to wake my four year old up at 5:30 am to get my mom to the airport, no fun.

Called for ride to airport night before. Nobody showed up and he didn't answer my call. Obviously he doesn't do short hauls and has caller id since he did answer when I called from airport on my cell. Do not use this one car undependable taxi

We used the service last month and actually Nitro Cab was the nicest and cleanest taxi, we will use them in the future.

I took Nitro cab from downtown to my house on saturday night. I left my coat in the cab and was thrilled that the driver had found it and Juan came back to my house to returned it. I would recommend Nitro Cab to anyone visiting the Boise Area

I can't tell you how much I LOVE this company! I lost my phone and in a cab a week ago and this company was so nice and followed up with me so much! The cab driver turned my phone in and I have my phone back in my hands! Amazing! I will only use them from here on out. Good people do exist!

We had an incident at our salon with a woman who very quickly became "out of it" while receiving a color service. We were able to get her color washed out and knew we had to call her a cab to get her home. Although we never saw her drinking, we were unsure of what she was under the influence of. I was concerned the cab would not take her in such a state so when the driver came, (he arrived quickly after the call), I went to speak with him. Juan had a very clean cab and was very accommodating. We gave him the address and her credit card and he informed us of the cost. Juan even called us after to say he was able to walk her to the door of her building but due to policy, was unable to walk her upstairs to her door. We did not ask him to call us so I really appreciated it. Thank you for making a very difficult and uncomfortable situation a little easier on us.

Our driver was awesome! He even waited 15 minutes free of charge for our late friend. Thanks again!

I called Nitro Cab and Juan show up, he help me pick up my luggage and took me to the airport on time. I like his services because he is very on time.
