Worse customer service ever. i ordered a large value meal and they charged me for a small. when i brought it to their attention they said they'd give me a med. i said no i ordered a large. they refused to give me a large unless i payed $2.89 for a large. i told them i would pay the difference between a small meal & a large one. they said they couldn't do that & tried to charge me for a small to add to the med. again that was more than an upcharge would have cost. i asked why i should have to pay extra for a mistake her employee made. she just shrugged at me. i got mad and left. got home & found out they had also charged me $.90 for cheese on my sour cream potato. i never asked for cheese. i can't eat cheese. so now i'm out $18. and my lunch. horrible service!!!!!!!!!!
