Stopped back in after realizing they sold me the wrong coil the manager/owner, not sure which, was actually going to charge me for the coil again, since it had been opened. Fortunately as soon as started to complain another guy in the place told me not to worry about it. I assumed this guy was another manager, however as I was leaving I heard him say to the lady behind the counter he would pay for it...a random guy in the place had better customer service than the place itself. I know I'm just 1 person, but I'm done I was given a hassle over a few dollars on their mistake and won't be back.

For Bloomington this is the place to go for good quality style e-cigs, not like the what you buy at a convenience store or gas station. They carry a good line of Clearmizer style of ecigs and brands like Kanger, Aspire, Itaste, etc.. The have probably the largest selection of flavors in town which their company makes. For the fancy mods style they have like two smaller mod style batteries but no selection of RDA's that would appeal to more advanced vapors and what the college kids are doing. In a nut shell their prices are reasonable and shop is very comfortable to be in not like the other vape shop that has death metal blaring. They could be a little more informative about their products but are helpful. I've read bad reviews about a lady being unfriendly and had no clue as to what they were talking about until I came in on a weekend. Come to this store if you are buying an ecig/clearmizer, parts, or large selection of e liquids, but if you are looking for and RDA/RBA and mods need to keep looking online or check the other stores. They are suppose to be stocking new stuff soon so maybe they will start carrying mods in the future.
