Dr. Fox is very caring and helps you to understand your spinal health and its importance. He lets you know how he plans to help your back and why. I have been going for 3 years and would recommend everyone go to the Back and Neck Pain Relief Center. They have friendly staff and you always feel comfortable and at home.

You have to go to Dr. Fox! He is the best in Bloomington. His care is gentle and at your bodies speed. It is also so comforting to walk into an office and have everyone know your name. If you ever have back or neck pain you HAVE TO go to Dr. Fox first!

I had a car accident when I was sixteen. Which fractured several vertebra in my back. Since then I have had chronic back problems like you wouldn't believe. I now work construction and it puts a lot of stress on my back. I am also O.C.D., not extreme, but enough to drive my husband crazy. I also have bouts of depression. Who doesn't anymore? Right? I have never been completly sold on the idea of chiropractics. I always popped my own neck and back. I never thought that I was doing any kind of damage. I only knew that it felt so much better when i did. Little did I know that it was a BIG NO, NO! Because of constantly popping my back and neck, I ended up in Dr. Fox's office. Now, I try to never miss an appointment. This is something that you have to commit to. Going just once or twice will not help anything. I feel so much better now. I have lost weight and my stress level has went down, which seems to also help my O.C.D. which results in a much happier husband! I think that this is something that everyone should be doing. I am now completly sold on visiting the chiropractor and I don't know what kind of shape I would be in right now if it wasn't for Dr. Fox. He has helped make my life better in so many ways!
