        Twice In one week I ordered lg sweet tea NO ICE and I got a cup full of ice. I’m really upset that they don’t want to make it right. The guy asked for a receipt and I didn’t get one.

        Is There Anybody In There?

        I pulled up to the drive-thru, ordered, paid at the first window, pulled to the second window and received my food in a timely and courteous manner. Before I left, I checked my order only to find out that I was missing two of my items. The inside of the store was closed so I pulled through the drive-thru again and this time there was no response, I waited for several minutes, drove to the pick-up window and honked, waited some more and finally someone came to the window to let me know they were sorry they didn't hear me because they were on the phone with their boyfriend whom they hadn't seen in a while. I'm all about loving reunions, but, work first, then go home to have your reunion.
