I absolutely love Progressive Laser and all of the staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and I feel almost like family every time I go in for my appointments. Julie is truly talented and great at what she does. The two front desk workers are extremely friendly, informative and professional. I actually got to witness Julie teaching one of the girls working there how to preform services. I think it was great that she was willing to share her knowledge with someone else and was willing to mentor. You don't see that everyday and that really showed how great of a woman Julie is. You cannot find deals like this anywhere and especially not in Birmingham. I can't even grasp why there are any negative reviews about this business... I think it is because people are just looking for a cheap deal and must just be overall not happy in general. I speak from my heart, this business is the place to go for any medical aesthetic services. Going to this place, you won't just feel like another "file" or "patient"... You will truly feel like family!

I absolutely love Progressive Laser and all of the staff. The environment is extremely comfortable and I almost feel like family every time I go in for my appointments. I have done Botox a few times previously at other businesses, but Julie is absolutely amazing and by far the best! Not to mention, the amazing prices! I can't even believe I am seeing all of these negative reviews... The front desk girls are super sweet and always so kind and professional every time I come in. I was able to witness Julie training one of the girls, who is a younger woman and an aesthetician as well. It was so great to see someone have such a passion for the field and she was so thrilled to be learning all of the techniques. I really truly admire Julie for mentoring someone like that. It really does show her true character. I now purchased a 10 session package to start my laser hair removal journey. I'm very excited to have permanent hair removal! The deal was unbeatable, even with an automatic 20% gratuity... I have yet to find any deal that even comes close to this bargain! I will continue to support this company and I will just let everyone know reading this... Please disregard all of these nasty and miserable reviews. It is horribly obvious that people tend to complain and find problems with everything. With that being said, enjoy the amazing service and even more amazing results from this business!
