        Best Indian restaurant

        Sitar has become our favorite restaurant. Their buffet is an incredible value. Buffets are usually cheap, greasy products but Sitar's is quality and is surprisingly just as great as their nightly menu items (the buffet is daytime only).

        The staff is very, very nice and very, very attentive. There are several options on the buffet, including two types of rice, two types of bread, several vegetarian dishes, and a minimum of four meats to choose from. Their dessert bar is also excellent, and they offer several delicious sauces as well.

        Comes highly, highly recommended, especially for people like us who have been consistently disappointed with the lackluster Taj India.

        My friends and I have decided to try new things, so we stopped in this place a few weeks ago. I myself have never tried this type of food, but their was a buffet, so I tried a little of everything. I did not like the spinach stuff, but everything else was great! (My friend however loved the spinach stuff, so thats just a matter of taste. Our waiter was very efficient. Our glasses were never empty, and dishes never had a chance to pile up on the table. The restrooms were spotless, and the price was great, about 8 per person for the buffet.
