Funeral director was extremely rude. Following the funeral we were directed to file past coffin and give our last goodbyes... we were suddenly interupted with shouting that there was a time table to keep and to hurry it along. This man also yelled at FAMILY members to exit immediately to their cars and stop loitering and give the family privacy. At the end of the burial service he once again instructed everyone, including family, to leave, the service was over. Total lack of compassion, these people have clearly been desensitized and are in this business for the sole purpose of making money. They are doing no service to the community, especially in the greatest time of need for compassion. On top of the attitude, there was NO parking, and seats were only set up for 50% of the people attending the funeral. The rest of us were instructed to stand.



I never want another family to go through what my family did with the rude service provided by this funeral home...
