        Preston Hood is definitely a great place to get a new vehicle! Bill Wyman is very friendly,listens to what you want, and does his best to find something to fit your needs! They will work with you to make sure you can get what you want within your budget. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

        I stopped at Preston Hood looking for certified pre-owned Chevrolet Equinoxes. Bill helped us out, showing us the pre-owned and new models, but with no pressure. We were planning to buy soon but were still in research mode, so he gave us his card and we headed out.



        Over the course of the next week, we continued our online research and visited a car sale at the mall. We met another dealership there, but their sales tactics were much different. They were friendly but did not feel sincere, did not let us get a word in edgewise, and were really pushing us to buy the new model they had on the lot, which was missing many of the features we were looking for. They also gave us false information when they were researching other Equinoxes that they could bring in from partner dealerships. After dealing with them for a couple of hours, we decided to stop looking around and go back to Preston Hood, simply because they were nicer to deal with and didn't give us that car salesman vibe. We went back over there and worked with Jake and Danny because Bill was out, and had a great experience with them as well. We felt like they had our best interest in mind and sincerely wanted to help us get what we wanted. Ended up buying new instead of pre-owned because of availability of what we were looking for at the time, and I am happy with that decision. Really glad we purchased through Preston Hood.



        The only thing I would complain about is we paid a lot of extra money for a car with navigation installed because somebody at Preston Hood told us it had free map upgrades for life. We didn’t find out until after buying the car that it's $200 each time you upgrade the maps (should have double-checked that before buying).
