Visited boomtown Biloxi this weekend.i was told on Saturday by member of players club that I has $125 freeplay on sunday.go back on sunday ,played my freeplay($25) but the $100 never showed up!!! went to the players club 5 TIMES and still didn't get the $100 extra freeplay I was told I would get on sunday!!! I was then told it was a marketing error and that's why it wouldn't load to any machine???!! so they didn't give me what I was told 4 times between Saturday and sunday that I was to get.its not my fault that someone made an errormi was told $125 in freeplay and that's what was showing up on their computer so that's what I should've got.also my husband is gold card status and hes not receiving his mailers for august or September either!!! he usually gets $240 monthly freeplay,4 buffets each month free or $50 food credit(2 times a month) to BT steakhouse.while there this past weekend,linda (casino host)did comp him 1 free buffet but said he had nothing on freeplay!!! can someone (marketing manager please contact me via email concerning these issue asap!!!!?boomtown is our favorite casino in Biloxi,and our favorite seafood buffett(best crablegs on the coast) and we would like these issues in marketing resolved please.thanks tina email is trickumgirl@aol.com
This casino is perfect. Lots of fun, laid back atmosphere, excellent service, good food, and not usually crowded. I go here every chance I get.
