Aladdin's Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I was very pleased with Alaqddin's they came out to my home moved all my furniture out and cleaned the carpet and tile. They were very friendly and professional. Dont let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch!! I would recommend Aladdins to everyone I know. Good job guys!!

We called early in the week to set up an appointment for 8 am Friday. We had just painted in the house so all the furniture was still removed, making it very easy for the technician (they said they would move furniture). We received a call at 8:15 and they cancelled because the van was still in the shop. Didn't they know that on Thursday afternoon? They could have called because we had made arrangements to have someone home and it was for nothing. They rescheduled for 9-9:30 Saturday morning, and told us they'd give us a discount. When the technician wasn't at our house by 9:30, we called and were told he was on his way and would be there shortly. He finally showed up at 10:30. His excuse? He had to stop and get gas. We called and spoke to the owner to register our complaint, and the owner proceeded to argue with us over the phone! Not only were they charging 30% more than their yellow pages ad, we had moved all the furniture! The owner called his technician while he was also on the phone with us, told the technician to leave and then hung up on us. The technician had already started on the bedrooms, said he was done, but we're not convinced he had sucked up enough of the water. Now we're stuck on a Saturday, with wet carpets and looking for someone to come out and finish the job. Never again.
