Swedish Massage
A relaxing Swedish massage is often a baseline for clients. In a general Swedish massage, your session may start with broad, flowing strokes that will help calm your nervous system and relax exterior muscle tension. As your body becomes relaxed, pressure will gradually be increased to relax specific areas and relieve areas of muscular tension. Often, a light oil or lotion is used to allow your muscles to be massaged without causing excessive friction to the skin. The oil also helps hydrate your skin. You should communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Massage and bodywork are most effective when your body is not resisting.

Deep Tissue Massage
THREE TREATMENTS are combined as the steamed poultice is rolled, massaged, and pressed onto problem areas and energy pathways, allowing you to be soothed and relaxed. Swedish/Deep tissue massage is applied to increase circulation, and gentle stretching techniques are added to increase joint mobility and flexibility.

Prenatal Massage
This massage gives the mother to be a well-deserved break from maternal discomfort, using lighter, rhythmic strokes of traditional Swedish massage. She will be nestled in a comfortable side-lying position as pillows cocoon her body. Prenatal massage is used to alleviate some of the discomfort associated with pregnancy such as low back tension, sciatic nerve pain, and swelling of the hands and feet. A wonderful way to enhance the well being of both mother and unborn child.

Foot Treatment
Pamper yourself with this invigorating foot treatment beginning with a traditional Thai foot massage, which includes reflexology on key acupressure points. After the extra love and attention your feet will adore, you will receive an aromatic rosemary peppermint foot srcub for a gentle exfoliation. Your feet will then be wrapped in hot towels while receiving a soothing scalp massage.

Myofascial Therapy
This massage will provide relief for sore and tight muscles. I will work through the layers of muscle tissue to eliminate knots and tension, stiffness, and reduce muscle spasms. The treatment is based on your individual needs which will be assessed prior and during your treatment. Deep tissue is generally a slower, deeper muscle-specific massage to relieve pain and tension. Stretching, myofascial release and trigger point therapy may be applied as needed.
Acupressure
A choreographed series of facilitated stretches combined with acupressure and yoga positions to warm the muscles and encourage energy flow. This treatment helps lengthen the muscles, increase range of motion for all joints, and facilitates blood and energy flow throughout the body. Thai massage is traditionally done on a well-padded floor mat. Table Thai is an adaptation of the Western massage table. It is not traditional Thai massage, but will feel familiar to those who have received the traditional work. This treatment requires loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to move more comfortably.
