Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

DON'T EVER apply for a loan with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, you WILL REGRET IT. We applied, went into ESCROW, THEN they told us that we need to come up with $70,000 or else we will be denied, AFTER months of dragging, asking for more pay stubs, more bank account statements on and on and on . They kept raising the down payment amount which we were very clear from the beginning what the amount was to be. They kept raising and raising it and all this while we were already in Escrow, the inspector already had charged us, and in the end they said you need to shell out $70k more from your own pocket or your loan will be denied. And they did, we lost the house, so many people got angry , our agent, the seller's agent, the escrow people, which they still want to charge us a fee for doing paperwork etc. All this because Robert Hertel wasn't honest with us from the beginning and let it drag and continue leading us to believe that we were actually getting this house. Shame on you for doing business like this. I hope you will get your punishment from God himself , see what that feels like. I will tell everyone I know and then some NOT to do business with this bank EVER.
