I cancelled the service with them the end of March 2017. Today is May 18th 2017. Still haven't picked up the trash bin. I call ever week, I get the answer machine. I live around the corner from the garage. Went down the man I spoke to yelled at me "We have 3 trucks down, will get the trash bin when we can." Very unprofessional. I better not get charged. The trash bin is on the curb.

They have forgotten to pick up the trash five or six times in the 11 months I've had them. Each time I had to contact them and remind them and they always had an excuse. Construction, accident, running late, forgot. One time they told me it was because I didn't pay a bill....they never sent me the coupon book to pay it! Sometimes they would pick it up the next day and other times I hauled it back up the drive way and waited two weeks. They were not very prompt on returning phone calls or emails. Once it happened three times I had to tell them I was taking it off the next check I was writing because they weren't even going to reimburse me for the times I missed. Really regretting paying ahead.
