IBC Bank

So far I am not very pleased with this bank.

We had a choice to have over draft on our account or to opt out of it so that we can never go over the available funds in our account. We chose to opt out so that we never went over the amount we had and we also did not want to be charged the $35 overage fee. My husband and I both have cards so from time to time we may think there is enough in our account when there is not. We would much rather have that transaction be declined rather than spending an extra $35. Well twice now are account has been able to be over drawn when it shouldn't have been.

So no I do no recommend this bank because when we first signed up we were told that no matter the amount of money that if that exact amount of the purchase was not in our account then it would be declined. Well that statement was not true.

One time i had a problem with my account and couldnt make it to my regular bank on NWhighway so i had to goto the bethany branch@ like 4:56 they were about to close the lobby but let me come in and the manager was really nice he explained to me what was wrong with my account and helped me fix it i think his name started with a Z!!!!
