The Penny Flat

I made a reservation with this restaurant for 5 o'clock New Years Day. The woman I spoke to over the phone told me that The Flat Penny would be open it's regular hours on New Years Day & she said I was all set for 5 o'clock that day. To my surprise, when my husband & I arrived at 5 o'clock New Years Day, the whole restaurant was closed! We will never eat here again. Don't make reservations with The Flat Penny unless you want you gas money & your time wasted.
