My family was suffering from the lack of activities we have been able to do as a result of the corona virus. So we decided to venture out and pursue the idea of camping. We are first timers and we were drawn to the idea, however lacked the vast knowledge of what it fully entailed. We went to three different places, Campers Inn, Petes RV's, and then Camping World. We must say there is absolutely leaps and bounds between these dealerships. Campers Inn was a huge disappointment, as there location is awesome however the rest of the dealership is so far from awesome it is amazing they remain open, we will leave the staffs names out of the review as they were NOT at all worth mentioning. Petes was not to much better (so we will leave their names out as well), however Camping World was absolutely light years ahead of the pack. We were greeted promptly and directed to our sales person Lori, who had a ton of knowledge to share with us. She is so pleasant and was able to adapt her conversations to our level, as we clearly did not have the vast knowledge she did, and we definitely bombarded her with countless questions that she was able to answer quit easily. She then introduced us to the General Manager Jerry, who spent a good amount of time speaking with us and going over various concepts and variables. We were informed he is a former pro football player, so we looked him up and found out he is also a world champion arm wrestler, which we found to be unbelievable, as he is such a down to earth gentleman. They had a great selection of inventory to select from as well, where the others seemed to not have much of a selection.
If you are contemplating the camping lifestyle we strongly urge you to visit the Berkley Ma location you will not be met by disappointment. Ask for Lori and Jerry, they are certainly a dynamic duo.

Stay away for sure. I bought an RV from these guys and the rv had a slide out topper that was missing that they wanted me to purchase. I was able to get it using credits accumulated from the purchase. Now when I went to the demo showing there was a huge dent on it that they said was previously there. I showed them their showroom pics and it clearly shows that it wasn’t there prior. So they would get it fixed with a plunger and never worked. Now I go to pick it up which was dark everything was done as suppose to awning was on and dent was fixed. It’s very hard to inspect at night. So I brought it home and parked it. Next morning I can see the roof from my deck and it clearly needed to be re done. I was told that the roof passed their inspection and I could not climb up due to insurance reasons. I contacted them regarding roof they said it was still fine. I took pick showing all the cracks where water can seep in. I noticed the dent still there and gotta deal with it. I bring it to the campsite and extend the slide out and the awning topper rips off the side of where they installed it leaving large screw holes. I called corporate and they apologized and passed the buck to these idiots who clearly don’t own up to their mistakes. They even insisted that I still owe them money because the topper wasn’t paid for. The topper was never installed right the bill was paid from the credits worst place ever a 💯 stay away they will take a sale make it look great and not own any mistakes. Oh yes and the fridge needed repairs needed a thermal fuse on day one. Their 110 point inspections or whatever it is is clearly done by novice minim wage employees.

We purchased a used 5th wheel with a class A trade in.We were given an appointment 1 week later to drive our RV to them -1 1/2 hours away from our campground. All our belongings were on a platform exposed to the weather,About 35 minutes into our trip there, the sales person called to say we needed to postpone the swap for 2 days!!! We also have 2 dogs so I advised we were already on our way- too late - and we would have no place to stay!! Upon arrival we discovered NOTHING had been done to clean ( we were promised 4 hours of cleaning) or fix any of several issues. Upon having an orientation to the unit ,we were told that all would be fixed and that
it would be transported to our campground. we spent most of the day there and left very upset. We arrived back at our campground about 3:30 PM in 95 degree heat and had to sit outside with the dogs until our unit finally arrived at 7:30 PM!!!!!!!!The unit was dirty and the TV did not work! We were told they would not replace the TV because it was "cosmetic "??????? And then we discovered they never sent any keys so we cannot lock it when we need to leave! I am calling almost daily and have been given "lip service" only that a "new lock and keys will be sent overnight" ! We will install the lock ourselves! 12 days later and still no lock! I have had no response from several calls to the general manager either! We are in our late 70's and have never encountered such poor,irresponsible service from anyone. We would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!!!!

The worst of the worst! Don't be fooled by thinking Camping World and their big national name will stand behind anything. You better hope you never, ever have to go back for service, warranty or not, regardless of how much you paid! Where else would you buy a car or truck for nearly $100,000 and expect the dealership to tell you they are too busy to even schedule a warranty repair for you... indefinitely? MIND BLOWING!

I purchased Thor sprinter last September. I was spending the summer on cape cod but I live in Florida. When I picked up the motorhome there was a laundry list of things to fix. Control panel cracked and not functioning correctly, tail light not working , wood trim cracked etc. after purchasing the RV I could not get them to answer the phone. The only way I got a appointment was to drive there and face to face with them. They replaced the tail light LED with a bulb fixture guess what it never worked. By this time I needed to head home. They assured me the work could be performed at the nearest camper world in Florida to me, numerous times. The Thor factory finely sent me the correct tail light which I installed. Works great. Thor was very responsive. After waiting till March I recalled Berkley service to see if the other parts had arrived. The service person told me they had already closed the item for the cracked wood , not repaired. They told me the control panel Zen and I reminded them that I lived in Florida and could they ship it to the Dover camping world. He said he would get back to me. After waiting a day I called them and they said they had just issued a new policy and they would not ship parts from one dealer to another. They told me to go to Dover and start the process all over again. I will never recommend or buy another piece of equipment from them

Find another service provider! Our Rv was brought in for warranty service which the manufacturer was billed and paid for and was never done. Upon evaluation of our RV damage also was done by the service department. The RV had to be returned numerous times and each time, MORE DAMAGE.
