Motel 6

They really do keep the light on!!!!

My brother In-law had a heart attack while he and my sister were on vacation in Arkansas. They drove him to the closest hospital where he and my sister would be staying for a few weeks. I drove down to be with my sister since they were so far from home and away from family. I got to Motel 6 at 10:00 pm on a Friday where I was greeted by Vanessa. She was very professional, friendly and helpful, she let me know that if there were any problems with my room to let her know and that she would make sure I had what I needed for my stay.

When I got to my room, it was very clean, very nicely decorated and it made me feel comfortable. It had the necessities that you would like to find in your room when away from home.

I was very happy with my choice. When I got up to leave for the hospital the next morning Vanessa was still there, still smiling and friendly as can be.

I came back later in the day to show my sister my room and to drop some of my stuff off that was still in my car, where I was greeted by Frankie, also a very nice, professional and helpful young man. Greeting you like he had known you and also letting me know that if there was anything that he could help me with to feel free to let him know.

After leaving the room and heading back to the hospital my sister decided that this is where she also wanted to stay while her husband would be in ICU for 3 days after the surgery, We found out that the surgery was going to take place a day later than expected, so when I got back to the Motel that night I talked to Frankie about just keeping the room for an extra day for myself and then letting my sister have it when I left for home after the surgery. He got into the computer set it all up and we were good to go.

He made it easy and effortless for my sister and I. He also let me know that they also had a washer and dryer if needed and a pool if we just wanted to unwind for a minute.

If ever you are in Bentonville, Arkansas and need an affordable, comfortable, friendly place to stay Motel 6 should be the choice. Great experience with very friendly employees.
