Great Service gave me the highest Quote was able to come pick up my car with the hour of making my call. Driver was early and respectable. Whole process went quick without a problem and in walked away with cash in hand. 10/10

My 19 year old car finally died on me in Sept. Called Victory Auto Wreckers and they said the could pick it up between 7-10 am the next day. At 6:45 am the driver called and said he would be there in an hour. Before 8 am he showed up and I had the $235.00 they promised to give me for my car. Just like in the commercial. The driver and the dispatcher were very polite.

When I go to a salvage yard, I generally keep my expectations low regarding customer service. Earlier this week, I went to Victory for an engine and a hood. Steve was very fair with me when I bought the engine, made sure it was not locked-up , and gave me a quick follow-up call when it was ready for pick-up. Steve, I appreciate you taking the extra steps and your integrity. Victory has a loyal customer because of you.
