        POOR TELEPHONE RESPONSE

        IVE BEEN AN ADVID WALMART SHOPPER SINCE THEY APPEARED IN WISCONSIN AND I ENJOY SHOPPING THERE. THERE IS ONE THING THEY ALL NEED TO IMPROVE ON IS CUSTOMER SERVICE; IN THE STORE IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND A SALESPERSON ON THE FLOOR AND WHEN YOU CALL, YOU ARE VERY LUCKY IF SOMEONE ANSWERS IN THE DEPARTMENT THAT YOU MAY BE SEARCHING FOR AN ITEM. IF I HAD TO 'RATE' THESE 2 AREAS, I WOULD GIVE THEM A ""D"". I HOPE THIS DOESNT GO ON ''DEAF EARS''.
