This dentist lied to me on several occasions. She also forced me to have services I had refused.

She charged me unethically as validated by two other dentists. She tried to convince me to have major surgery that was not required. I got a second and third opinion by two other dentists and BOTH dentists strongly opposed the surgery she recommended due to its damage it would cause to my teeth. Beware of this dentist!!!! I would NOT recommend her to anyone!

I found Dr. Jones practice through a dental provider directory. Her website from the directory made a very good impression on me. The scheduling process was effective and professional. (I got -all- my calls returned within 24 hours without fail.) I am normally super nervous with any dentist appointments but with the reception-area (at Ralston avenue office) feels like a living room, that helps ease my visiting jitter first off. Dr. Jones and Jacqui are both very efficient and very experience professionals yet they are easy going. The team was able to make me feel at ease. They covered all my worries, pain points (almost literally) and my nit picky requests with patience, (thanks ladies). Dr. Jones cares greatly about her patients. So the next time that I go back it would feel more like a meeting with old friends or a trip to a salon (okay, not exactly a salon visit but better than a -typical- dentist visit).

I was very happy with my visit to Dr Katherine Jone's office. I have been to other dentists in the past but none are like her! She went over my teeth one by one very gentle with her touch. She exmined my mouth entirely and of course talked to me about preserving my teethe and gums and preventative things that I could do. No other dentist ever gave this type of examine. She was very thorough. I think she is also moderately priced.If you need a great dentest go to Dr Jones!!

A girlfriend refered me to Dr. Jones about 6 years ago. She and her staff are very personable and professional and best of all fun. I'll never go to another dentist.
