        Overall

        My wife made reservations for September first to the fifth. She called and cancelled the reservations early on the afternoon of the first, due to a family emergency. Later she was charged for one nights lodging even after she had called and cancelled her reservations. I very strongly recommend that no one their right mind would ever stay at this establishment. If their was a way to give a rating of less than zero, i would most definitely do so.
