AAA Appliance Repair

Had an appointment window 10-12 today, so stayed home from work. Called them at 11:50, they said they were running late. Now, he did not call me, I had to call him. Said he would be here by 2, 2:30 at the latest. It is now 4:08 and have not heard from him or seen him. Needless to say I will never contact them in the future.

We have a Samsung washing machine that was giving us problems in the spin cycle. We called around several company's and nobody wanted to work on Samsung product. We finally found AAA Appliance Repair and boy are we glad we did. The technician that showed up was early well dressed and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had our washer working in no time. Very affordable and warranty for 1 year parts and labor. Highly recommend.

My LG refrigerator stoked cooling over night. I called AAA Appliance repair first thing this morning and there were at my door in a couple of hours. Taylor was our technician and he was very professional and had our fridge up and running in no time. Thanks again,
