I had a frustrating experience and will not go back. I called early in the week to set up an appointment for a color and cut with the person who cut my hair the month before. Loved the cut and wanted to try a color with the same person. Was told on the phone that we don't make appointments....you can come in first thing when they open or call before you come and they will sign you in.
I got their prior to 10 am on a Saturday and was the first one in the door. While waiting on the stylist to get in (she was late) another women comes in and then the stylist. The other stylists there said to her "you have a color and cut waiting" . She looked at me with a concerning look, and said I have one already, you can come back in a little while. I said how does that work, I thought you don't take appointments? The other girls their said she is really fast on colors won't take long. I decided to wait....mistake! After a little over an hour of waiting a young man walks in and the stylist I wanted to have said I will be right with you. So, I said what about me? Her comment was , he won't take long, I will get him first. Mind you, there were 2-3 other girls there with no one. That's when I left and I won't go back. You either take appointments or you don't....which is it girls?
