I have spent a lot of money at this business. The last time I took it in for repairs I got it back worse than it was. When I took it back they said it had too many issues and refused to fix what they did wrong. Steve Arnie was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me wait 2 hours before refusing to repair. Now I have to contact the BBB and take it elsewhere. Extremely bad experience.

WOW!! i have never Experienced, Such Rudeness and Unprofessionalism than today! i took my truck up to Four Star Muffler and Steve Arnie, pretty much told me he don't have time for me or my Money! WTF he says he does not want my Business! I was going to have him install a Louder Muffler On my truck and fix some other stuff! my blood pressure is Boiling, as a business owner i am appalled!

Exceptional Service! I haven't needed exhaust system service in a while, and when I saw the other review I thought things might have changed there. NOT SO! I took my older Motorhome in, (no one wants to work on those) I was given a quick estimate that was way below what I had thought it would be. I decided to leave it, but had to wait almost 2 hours for a ride. They gave me a ride home.!! The Motorhome repair was done on time, and is quiet again. I could not be happier.

horrible service. never will I ever let the disrespectful people who work at four star touch my car again. The owner does not like it when you know as much about cars as he does because then he can't just do whatever he wants as long as the job is done. I know a good amount about cars and exhausts, I spelled out for him what I wanted done and he did it wrong, charged me full price. Went back to have it redone and fixed a week later, charged me full price! the owner was a real jerk, I never once got mad or heated. I just kept my cool and left. little did I know the job they had just done on my car turned out to be worse than the original! I have never seen a "flange weld job" done so poorly, my car now has an exhaust leak and rattles like crazy. horrible service.
