We stopped for work on brakes while traveling in our RV. They let us stay in the coach overnight on their lot (we had three dogs with us) and got us back on the road by noon the next day. Their price was less than I expected.

I took my car down so they could look at the emergency brake. I told them I just put new brakes and rotors on, but I lost some springs that hold the e brake in place. So I called down to see what was going on and they told me it was the rotors were bad. They told me they would call me back, bit they never did. I had to keep nagging them and they keep giving me some lame excuse. I only took it there cause it was freezing and I didn't know much about e brakes. So I get it home on Sunday morning and take it all apart myself and sire enough the springs are all over inside the rotor scrapping. So apparently they never looked at it. It is just pathetic. I would take your car anywhere, bit here absolutely pathetic!

I would not recommend. Horrible customer service! Not only was the lady at the desk rude, but I was lied to by one of the guys working on my car. It took them three days to put tires on rims for me. Every time I called they were "really busy". If you tell a customer you will call them and let them know when they think your car will be done, you probably should call them and tell them. First I sat down there for 45 minutes for them to come to the waiting room and tell me they didn't have time to put studs in my tires, so I left them there. They told me they would be done on Saturday morning (the next day) and I could pick them up. So I called the next morning and they were not done, apparently their stud gun broke and they had to order a piece for it. Okay, things happen, I understand. Then I bring my car in Monday morning to drop it off to have the tires mounted and balanced. The guy told me he would call me around 8:30 or 9 and let me know when they were getting the part in for the stud gun. Yeah, I NEVER got a phone call. Not only did he tell me that, but said if it wasn't done by noon (when I could get a ride back down to my car from work on lunch break) that he would have someone come pick me up from their shop. Yeah, again I NEVER got a phone call. I called them at 11:30 and the rude lady who answered the phone basically told me they have been busy and my car is still not ready. When I got a ride down at 2 the man who said he would call thought it was funny to ask me if I got a ride or walked. Yeah thanks for your concerns, apparently you were so worried you couldn't bother picking up the phone once to let me know when my car would be done. I would never go back.
