My husband purchased a vehicle through the Batavia location and week one we were replacing all 4 hubs on the car and for 3 years it was continuous. This business literally broke into our locked garage and re-poed the vehicle. After calling the local police Timebuyer had the nerve to show the police a bogus video of them repoing the vehicle and claimed the garage was opened. The manager of this location John is VERY unprofessional and even approached me in public and at the DMV. Once the car was in their possession we went to the office to pick up our personal property from the car and I wanted to look at a paper John wanted my husband to sign, John literally snatched the paper from my hand and told me to leave his store and if I didn't, he was going to call the police and have them remove me.

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever seen. We had the vehicle for two days we called in about a noise they say to bring it back in a week later then they decide to keep the car for 10 days. What dealership sells a car that's not ready to be sold so my recommendation do not go to this dealership. A junkyard will sell you a better vehicle

***Not all Asst. Managers are created equal! LoL Toby was great! I just recently purchased a vechicle from Time Buyer in Batavia NY, experience was pleasant, what you would expect. Drove away with the vehicle on Monday July 1st. During the test drive the tire pressure light came on, they checked it all out and I assumed fixed it before I left. The light came on again on Sun.July 7th so on Mon I stopped in after work and had a VERY different experience with a different Asst Manager Dan. He was not only RUDE but very condecending. Asking what I expected him to do, and how was I sure it was the same tire, and I could have drove over something and it could have nothing to do with the light on before I explained that the light was on during the test drive, and it was mentioned that there are some sensors in the tire and was just inquiring if they could check it out as it had only been a couple days...and because of the sensors I was afraid to just go put air in myself. Hope this is not the

Bad business

I purchased my vehicle from the canandaigua location on 2/26/13 and has had nothing but problem with is 2006 Pontiac. It has been to 5 automotive shop and the Pontiac dealership. This vehicles front end had been aligned twice, has an exhaust leak where fumes are coming into the vehicle, driverside door lock is siezed up, lower control arm bushing are completely worn to shreds, and the main issue is that it has a bad torque converter. I purchased the extended warranty but it is only honored at Timebuyers ...and I have only owned this vehicle for 50 days. I have contacted the Attorney General for assistance because it gad been told to me buy the Pontiac dealership that this vehicle should not have passed NYS inspection legally. Don't purchase anything from this dealership!

I am an older woman and bought a car from the Canandaigua location which closed on March 31, 2013. I had to take my car to a shop yesterday because of the cooling system. I'm thinking water pump problem. Drove car to location and had to back up. Now NO reverse either. Mechanic said also might be a Vapor Lock. problem also. I know the car had over 140,000 miles but it was the only one I could afford. I only get 30 day warranty that ran out a couple of weeks ago. Now I am screwed. Payments have to be made on a car that can't be fixed. Since my hours have changed at work and I get off at 2am on Mon, Tues, Fridays I have to walk home at that hour. I am so depressed because I am 62 years old. I just want to cry, well I am...........................Diane Evans - Thank u Timebuyer no stars- bad bad bad

In my 55 years of buying cars I have never had such a bad experience as I had at the batavia dealership. I would strongly tell anyone to not buy there because they will not stand behind what they sell and the interest is as much as the purchase price of their vehicle. Very poor dealership.

We also purchased a vehicle from Timebuyers in Batavia and had some issues with it at first they did take care of them pretty quick but did make a point that they weren't going to turn a used car into new our experience with them when we had a payment issue was different. Luke gave us a couple days to try n get the money n when we couldn't he did something with the account that added time and gave us a break he helped us two months in arrow an the second time he made sure. We knew that was it if you tell him what's up I've had a good time I mean he is the collection manager there and probably here's the same stuff everyday... My advice is be nice don't lie and he will work for you

I recently bought a 2000 Ford Explorer. I had no problems getting approved or any problems with the explore for the first month or so. Now I need a wheel barren and the a/c line was cut and they are telling me that it is not covered under warranty. and Just recently I had a problem with our checking account ad had to close it and open a new one. we had to wait for our check to be rerouted to the new account and I was four days late on my Payment. I called when I knew I was gonna be late. the person I talked to on the phone told me to just keep them posted, but the they showed up at my house and if I did not make the payment by 4 that afternoon they were gonna repo my truck. So be careful when dealing with any car dealership
