Check out the BBB report! Scam company!!!!!! They ruined my duct lines by cutting them open, had to pay almost $800 to get it repaired. Wish I would have done my research on this company. Don't waste your time or money on this horrible company. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

This company has an F rating by the BBB for good reason. They have done shoddy work in my home and so far will not make it right. Beware!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM. PLEASE CHECK THERE BBB RATING AND INFO. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RUN A BUSINESS. THEY CAME TO CLEAN MY CARPETS WITH A FLOOR BUFFER AND PADS. THEY CLEARLY REUSE THE PADS ON SEVERAL HOMES. VERY DISGUSTING. STAY AWAY YOU GUYS!!!

I saw another customer said "If I could I will give no star. WORST home service company you can imagine." (http://www.yelp.com/biz/1st-choice-home-services-atlanta) And I have exactly the same feeling.



Essentially, they charged me $1600 but finished only 2/3 of their air duct clean job. below are details.



Last year, I received a coupon for 10 Vents, 1 Return and 1 Main, with $49.95 from them. After they came, they gave me an estimation to clean all the three units in my house for $1600, but cash only (I thought the cash only is to avoid credit card fee but did not realized that they may do IRS tax fraud until today). I accepted and they did it.



However, I still have lots of dust in my master bedroom since then. For the last year, I tried many different air filters. But it did not help. Recently, I made another appointment with them for checking the reason. After checking it, their own technicians told me that the unit for my master bedroom was actually NOT been cleaned last year. Immediately, I contacted a senior person in their office. James, a guy claimed himself as the owner of this company, acknowledged that this unit was not cleaned last year after he saw the picture his technician took this time over the phone, according to my cell phone record. I requested them to re-clean my third unit with no charge, which is very reasonable. However, he does not agree and only propose to let his technician to clean all the three units again with a similar charge as last year.

The techs arrived on time, they worked fast and they knew what they were doing. They explained what was going during each step and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We recommend 1st Choice Home Services for air duct cleaning. We commend the two service techs, Jeremy and Jesse who provided excellent service to our home. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

They took good care of me and I really liked that. I am a first time home owner and never had to deal with things like this before.
