We offer the most competitive rates in Vermont with no minimum hours! 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we offer a wide range of home care options. Our trusted, well-trained staff of registered nurses, licensed nursing assitants, and personal care attendants are all fully screened, bonded and insured. We make every effort to learn the needs of the client and family through a detailed needs assessment. We then collaborate with the family and entire medical team so we can provide the best comprehensive care plan.

Flexible Scheduling: No minimum hours required. Whether you need 1 hour of support, split shifts (any combination of hours, such as 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening), or 24/7 live-in care, Tender Loving Homecare will be there. Competetive Rates: We do not charge shift differentials. Hourly Rates: $18.75 Overnight Rates: $150.00 (8 hour shift) 24 Hour Rates: $250.00 Weekdays/$310.00 Weekends Personal Care: Dressing, Grooming, Bathing, Toileting, Incontinence Care, Assist with Mobility and Ambulation, Feeding, etc. Homemaking Services: Specialized Meal Plans, Light Housekeeping, Pet Care, Laundry, etc. Companionship: Activities, Grocery/General Shopping, Verbal Interaction, Errands, Transportation, Doctor Appointments, Etc. Medication Reminders and Management: We provide reminders to take medications as well as collaborating with the medical provider, discharge planner, and family members, to ensure we provide the best comprehensive care. Respite Care: Hospital and Rehab Admission and Discharge Care, Supportive Cancer Treatment Care, Cardiac Care, Etc. Diabetes Care: Diabetic Dietary Support, Assist with Blood Sugar Recordings and Diabetic Supplies, etc. Alzheimer/Dementia Care: Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or Dementia can be overwhelming. Their needs change at different stages of the disease, and each family's situation is unique. We are here to help provide clarity and peace of mind for you and your loved one. You are not alone. End of Life Care: We assist hospice staff to provide personal and supportive care to maintain comfort and dignity. We support your hospice services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
