Qucik and Friendly!

I went to turn on my AC on one of the hottest days this summer so far and no cool air was coming out of my vents! Yikes! I called PMC Mechanical and they showed up with same day service and were able to fix my issues in a jiff! My house is cool and I am a happy lady. Paul and his service group were friendly, professional, and to say the least, HELPFUL! Hands down, I recommend PMC Mechanical!! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Call Paul at PMC Mechanical and try not to be shocked, he will actually answer the phone!!! Last month our furnace died. The temp. was in the single digits and the forecast was for another snow storm that night.

We couldn't reach our old HVAC company and were getting worried. Decided to check reviews online, found Paul around 9:00 pm, called and he was here an hour later. He worked for an hour and a half and fixed the problem that night.... we had HEAT!!!

He is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, answers emergency calls. In a word, he is an ANGEL.

Side note: My dogs don't appreciate anyone who is not family and yet had no problem with Paul coming in and out of the house. So they were either in cryogenic mode or he is a dog whisperer!!!

We will call him again to check our a/c in the late spring.

First, Paul picked up my emergency phone call on a Sunday afternoon. He was able to schedule an appt. for the next day which he showed up on time for. Also, after explaining my issue Paul was able to give me a quote over the phone (actual invoice was even a little less). The job was done in the amount of time he estimated and the house is once again cool. I am also a contractor so he understood the importance of me meeting my deadline. I have never taken the time to write a review before, but I would highly recommend PMC to friends and family.

When my central air conditioner stopped working I called Paul at PMC. He came out in a couple of hours and fixed the problem. My house is cooler now then before!
