Days Inn

The hotel charged me $20 extra claiming that I have my pet in the room and also she claimed that another person stayed all night in the room.

On the 16th Feb 2011 at about 10:00 PM, I asked to have a room in the hotel and i asked how i will be charged for a pet in the room. It was $20 extra. I told her that I would keep my pet in the car for the weather was not bad instead paying $20 for the dog in addition I requested the room for one person only.

After laving hotel, I noticed $20 extra I was charged for the pet or extra person in the room. When I called her she told me that the cleaning person found a dog hair in the room which I was in the room when the cleaning guy talked to her on phone in their language without telling me about the dog hair. I told her on the phone that my dog was in my car and probably that was some hair was on my clothes, and I am sure that was not that much as if the dog was in the room. The second accusation was that she saw a person all night staying in the hotel. If she saw the person in the room since night she should knock on the door to proof her claim. The real story was that the person live in new haven KY and I called the person to be in the room by 8:00 am to discuss business.

The Hotel reception accused me with false accusations and she called me a liar.

This is a rip off and it is not an honest way to make money. It seems that the hotel is not getting many customers and they are trying to take money from others by making such accusations.

If they have a security cameras i would like to see it and proof them wrong otherwise they need to refund my money back.
