Teddy Bear Day Care

Both of my kids go to this daycare and they absolutely love it !! if your looking for a friendly and very family oriented daycare this is the place you want your kids to go. I have a hard time getting my kids to leave when I go to pick them up !! The staff is absolutely wonderful !!

I have worked at Teddy Bear Day Care and have had a positive experience.

I have personally seen children be cared for by Ms. Pam, that came as infants and are now attending school. Many of the children's siblings also attend the daycare both younger and older.

Ms. Pam takes great pride in keeping the furnishings and learning centers updated with new themes and toys.

I have been with Teddy Bear Day Care for quite awhile. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the daycare and staff. The children are fed well and cared for very well.

This is a great daycare! The staff is professional and wonderful with the children. My child loves attending the daycare and often isn't ready to leave in the evening when I arrive.

The children are well fed and the Director has lots of activities for the children and learning centers.

To address the other review on this site, they have graciously worked with me on payments when needed. But of course, I want to be paid timely by my employer. Why wouldn't they want to be paid for the services they provide.

Horrible daycare! All they care about is the money. They honestly could care less about your child or you! If I could rate zero stars I would have! The owner's husband is there watching the children during the day and has no certifications. The owner, Pam doesn't show up until late in the afternoon!

I would not recommend anyone to teddy bear daycare..I just recently stopped working for them, the owner is very rude and works her staff to death!

I really wanted to put -5 stars but this site makes you put stars so that's why I put one. But PLEASE I'm begging you all don't send your children here. Just as the previous mother said in the first review this daycare is money hungry and does not turn on the heat in the winter. Trust me I WORK THERE and I am currently searching for a more professional facility. The daycare doesn't even provide warm water for the children to wash their hands in they wash them in ice cold water! Not to mention they don't provide them with soap, they take dish washing liquid, add some water and shake it up in a pump and that will be their soap. Just horrible. I have no problem with telling the truth. I've been working there for almost 6 months now and within the first week of working there I wanted to quit because it was so unprofessional but the owner begged me to stay. I also took a 9 hour communication class with her which costed me $60 and I never got my certificate for the class! When I ask her about it she makes a million excuses on why I don't have it yet. Money hungry? You bet she it. Really took my money and never gave me my certificate and this has been months now. The owner is barely EVER THERE she only comes at the end of the day so she can "look" busy bus she's never really there. Her husband is there all the time supervising the children but he has 0 (zero) child care certifications. That's right. She also has a "director" there to supervise us but she's LEGALLY BLIND so she can barely see. And guess what? The legally blind lady is the one who supervises the infants. Have I said enough? Please please don't do this to your children and I'm so sorry for the woman who has brought her infant here the first time and I'm so glad she took him out before more worse things happened.
