Red Ball Taxi Cab Association Inc

This is the worst and least professional taxi service I've ever had the displeasure of riding. My wife and I just landed at the baltimore harbor after a cruise. We needed to get to the horseshoe casino which is about a 10 minute drive. I figured it wouldn't cost much to take us to the casino. So we hopped into the first cab at the port, which was this company. So as we drove, the taxi number 560 didn't turn on his meter or was that friendly. It took us 30 minutes for a ten minute drive. He even took a toll road to get to the casino! So we got out of the cab and I thought the cab driver said 16 dollars. I thought all of that detour he took was reasonable, but I was still unhappy. He told me I heard wrong and tried to charge me $60 dollars!!! My wife and I argued with him and he said some BS about a road being closed and he had to drive around the outside of the city. These people are crooks, stay away from this crappy company. NYC and even Philly drivers have never scammed me in such a manner. If you do decide to go with this company, negotiate a price before you get in the cab.
