RIP OFF!!! Do NOT use this can Service EVER!!! From Baltimore downtown to a hotel nearby the cab charged us the airport rate, absolutely unacceptable, we even considered calling the cops but thought they would not do anything, so we are reporting them here and all other media places we can think of. 35$ from downtown to our hotel (8 miles) DO NOT EVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! If we could give negative stars we would. Oh and on top everything the credit card machine "was not working " so my husband had to go to the ATM at hotel lobby and get cash. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Total Scam , took way more than what they were supposed to ! Someone please report this cab company and get it shut down.

Dishonest, disreputable and shady. Filed complaint with Md Public Service Commission. In Fells Point Three different Raven cabbies (all foreign)said $10 minimum fee. The story varied a bit. 2 said it was because I was going to pay with credit card and one said it was because it was only 12 blocks. I did finally relent, took cab for $5.50 fare, paid $10. Be sure to take cab # and/or license plate and file complaint online with Md Service Comm. Commission said NO MINIMUM for rate or distance. Don't know yet about outcome but enough complaints for this scam group of only about 21 cabs may force them out of business. That would be one way to clean up the streets of this City.

After our boat brokedown outside the Baltimore Marina this past weekend, we called this cab company to arrange for transportation back to our friends place about 90 miles away. We asked for a van cab as there were 6 of us, but they sent 2 normal cabs instead. We talked to the drivers and the dispatcher, who agreed to $70 for each cab, or $140 total for the trip. About 20 minutes into the drive, the cabbies decided the trip was too long and either wanted to up the fare to $100 per cab, or not take us at all. They pulled into a gas station and argued with us for about 15/20 minutes, we got on the phone with the dispatcher, and in the end they wouldn't drive us to the agreed upon destination for the agreed upon amount. We were out-of-towners totally screwed and they knew it, and tried to take advantage of us. Don't trust this cab company!! Use any other one in the city!
