The first time I went to this pawn shop I purchased a DVD player. The man told me if it does not work he would refund my money. It ended up not working, so I returned it within an hour. It was THEN that he told me it would take up to a few days to receive my money. He refused to send me an email of my receipt until finally, when he did and I convinced him, I found out that he lied and the money would really be refunded up to a week later. The next time I went to the pawn shop, he asked me in a rude way why I am purchasing and collecting "junk," and he told me I should save my money. He questioned me if I really "checked" to see if the DVD player didn't work, even though I told him the previous visit there was no signal when I connected it to the TV. After asking to see some electronic items, he said I am wasting his time making him get up and I am not getting up again, and this is the last time he is getting up. He hesitated to let me look at the portable DVD players. while this was happening, until after about a minute, he finally let me see one. The one without the charger he refused to let me see even though I told him I wanted to see it. He showed me one that was "guaranteed" to work and was tested and fully functional. Turns out he only tested it with a CD, not a DVD. He said if items don't work, you can return the items. I got home and it only worked unless plugged in. I charged it for over 26 hours with a red light showing, and still, it would not charge. I also found out later on that the battery pack was loose. I did not even bother returning it because he was so "sure" it would "work."

In addition to the lies this man told me, he rung me up at the counter after someone who I came before in the store, simply because he valued someone purchasing a 300 dollar xbox one that probably didn't even work. Not only this, the first time I was there he told me all the headphones were guaranteed to work. I never will do business here again.
