        Responsible for hiring all non-exempt and clerical positions.

        Supervised a job posting system.

        Responsible for annual Salary and wage administration.

        Supervised the Employee Benefit program including the Pension and Retirement program.

        Assisted and supported Labour Relation matters.

        Maintained and updated job descriptions. Oversaw annual job performance reviews.

        Promoted to Personnel Director, 1982.

        Editor of the DuPont News.
