Overall we had a decent experience but...
Cons: The room had a very musty odor. I don’t normally have allergies but my sinuses became congested within an hour of being in the room. The air conditioner filters and air vent in the bathroom were FILTHY. The upholstery on the arm chair has a stain on it. I intended to use the indoor pool but it is no longer open. They should state that on the website instead of highlighting it as a hotel amenity. Lastly the water from the sink and tub had no cold water - only hot or warm options.
Pros: Staff were friendly, sincere, professional, and helpful. Coffee and fresh fruit is available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is within walking distance to stadium and UMMC.
