Fram Monument was a pleasure to do business with. They helped us with all of our many questions, always returned our calls and emails promptly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process of designing and completing the memorial bench. Losing a loved one is hard, and the grief intense. In the midst of your sorrow somehow you must make decisions & plans for their final arrangements. Not easy... For me, especially difficult after losing my dear Mom, Rose Marie. The load can be lightened with the support and help of family, friends, and loved ones... Even the businesses that provide the needed services can be a great comfort and support. That was the case with the businesses that came along side us... From the 2 funeral homes, transport services, churches, cemetery, ministers to caterers, they were wonderful... With one exception: Fram Monument Company, and more specifically Niv Fishbein. He was contracted and paid Feb 7th, 2017 and it is now May 3rd, 2018 and things are still not completed as agreed upon! That's a year and 3 months later, though he said it would only take "a couple of months", which would have been sometime in April 2017. In August 2017 I told him I was flying in from California to visit Mom's gravesite there in Maryland. He said be would get it done in time, yet when I arrived it was not! Once in town I told him I would leaving on Tues, and he said he had finally gotten permission from the cemetery to do the insulation and engraving: HE PROMISED TO HAVE IT DONE BY MONDAY, THE DAY BEFORE MY RETURN. Not only was it not done, but he didn't call to tell me it wasn't done and I found out as I was leaving to drive to the Cemetery! Niv only gives excuses, blaming the cemetery for everything. I am returning this month to see if the work has finally been done, since I still have not received the promise picture to prove completion. How unnecessary for Niv to put my family & I through this added stress as we heal from our loss. Niv, you can continue to say "THE CEMETERY MADE ME DO IT" but they certainly played no role in your poor communicating, your not keeping your word, and your overall lack of integrity. A little personal responsibility and humility would go a long way for you.

The best by far.... committed, caring, friendly, yet professional. Their work is outstanding!! Very reasonably priced. Steve and his staff treated me as family. In a very sad situation they made this part (selecting & installing the headstone) of the journey easier.

My grandma passed away in 2013 and we always wanted to get a memorial bench for her, but the cemetery she's buried at wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money and generally didn't care about anything but getting the money from us. I contacted a few places and Fram was not only the best value, but the nicest, as well. The production process was a little lengthy, but I was provided frequent updates throughout the entire process. They also made a donation to charity in my grandma's name, which is something no other company would even think to do. Most other places, like the cemetery, just want your money. This place is a great choice for any needs like this and I would strongly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future, though hopefully not anytime soon!
