Completely awesome experience very knowledable was a little skeptical when I first walked in because the older bald guy behind the counter was very stand offish and rude but once the younger guy came in named John he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Left their spending 600$ on a rear end put it in my truck and it runs great. Definitely see John when you go in there don't get discouraged by the rude bald guy not exactly sure why they have people like that working there.

Needed a transmission for my wife's neon. Dropped off a deposit and they had it out the next morning just as promised. The guys even helped me load it into my truck. Covered it with a 30 day warranty so if it goes out in the first few weeks, all I have to do is pull it and they'll swap it for another. Installed it, and it works great. I think it's unlikely I will have to return it. Wife's car is running better than it has in a long time. 5 star service, the price was unbeatable and believe me I tried. Definitely keeping their number, but I hope not to have to use it too often!! No offense, gentlemen.. Great deal on a great quality part.

I brought a motor from them and it did not work. I lost $600.00 when I purchased this motor to the mechanic who did the work. When I called them about the motor they wanted me to pay again to have the motor taken out and put back in once they found me a new one. They found a new one that was wrong and wanted me to take the old one out and lose $300.00 in order to get my money back. Who does that. They should have paid to get it taken out since it was their fault that I had ito get it taken back out. Maybe it is just me. I will never use them again. What does a warranty mean if you don't honor it.
