Baltimore Cemetery

Went with my spouse towards the end of July 2020. The grounds are stunning. It's a very easy walk down the various paths. We parked along the street outside the gates pictured in the photo on this site. We found out after we walked in, you can actually drive in though. We did not see anyone other than someone maintaining the grounds so we had the huge place pretty much to ourselves, likely due to the heat. A beautiful place to visit if you like Victorian graves. The back of the cemetery has more modern burials that were well tended. There aren't many trees to provide shade, but the ones there were much welcomed. The juniper growing around the graves have in many cases grown together to embrace headstones. All in all worth the 40 minute drive to Baltimore to see it.
