Pizza Hut

I don't know what happened to this pizza hut but its not good. Very outdated building not kept up very well, and when you order take out you are directed to a call center!!! Are they that busy they can't answer the phone at the store. With so many pizza places in the baldwinsville area I will deffiently look elsewhere for my families Friday pizza night.

as others have stated this location is the worst pizza hut I have ever been too.. very rude employees. when I walk into a place where I am going to spend my hard earned money it would be nice to be acknowledged. Of the 4 employees not one even made eye contact with me, one girl walked right past me and my girlfriend without saying a thing...she was probably too busy texting on her phone as she was holding in her hand looking down, and the language coming from the kitchen is crazy, I heard many f-bombs and talking crap about customers. I waited a good 5 min to be seated before giving up and leaving(the dining room was completely empty) being a Friday at 5:30pm and empty should have been the first clue to this poorly run location. I have told many of my friends and family and they will also not be returning to this location.
