Update: Randy Wiggins’ Contractors license has been disciplined on two counts:
1: Not making a proper contract
2: Doing work he’s not licensed to do.

I didn’t want to go this far with the claim and this could have been settled at no cost to Randy other than his time (maybe one day)

I contracted Randy and his son to work on my condo fixing drywall and hanging four doors. They repeatedly increased the price of the estimate, mid project, after a price had already been agreed upon. Also they put a hole in the wall, and put a huge dent in my stairwell railing when carrying doors upstairs (which was never fixed). Two doors they hung don’t fit correctly and have to be forced shut as well as not installing components they were supposed to supply. Also one of the holes they filled sunk in leaving the wall looking worse than before. Ultimately they were unwilling to fix the problems. I would not recommend.
