Ottos Video Games & More

extremely rude service staff and terrible management. Horrible returns policy (non-existent). I used to shop there frequently until a recent run-in with their incompetent staff. Attempted to resolve issue with owner but received nothing but a "we value you as a customer" response. In other words, they don't care. I will never go back to any location now. Taking my business to Gamestop Amazon and Walmart, I recommend very strongly that you do the same.

Otto and crew are great. They care about customer service. They have a good mix of stock: new games, old games, classic games, board games, miniatures games, card games. They have a game room with a bunch of game systems to rent.

Definantly worth checking out.

This place is great I have been around town to many video game and hobby shops and none of them are as cool as Otto's Video Games and More. Otto's has a amazing and knowledgeable staff, the prices are fantastic, carries retro and modern games, has a really cool room (that's Bioshock themed) where you can pay a small fee and play on there theater like gaming setup, otto's also has Magic the gathering, Warhammer, warmachine and hordes, and WoW tcg. and where else can you trade in games and use credit towards anything in the store even if it's not a video game.

Out of all the game places in Bakersfield, Ottos had the game I needed! I forgot to pre-order Forza 4 limited edition and Ottos had it! My boyfriend wanted it really bad and he was quite happy & surprised. Ottos is in a good location, neat & clean. Otto was very informative and knowledgeable! I preordered the new "Call of Duty" coming out while I was there! Thanks Otto!
