HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked into the store this afternoon approx. 4:45 pm 10/27/2016. NO ONE was in line. 1 customer was counseling with the pharmacist. The customer fininshed and sat down in a chair against the wall. I waited patiently for literally 5 minutes while 3 of the 7 staff members made eye contact with me and smiled, yet none of them acknowledged whether I was being helped. Apparently I had to ask for help. I said politely to the pharmacist, " excuse me , may I have some help here?" in a calm yet frustrated tone. This less than inept service has happened on more than 3 occasions. To the future customer: I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else; especially if you need weekend help.

A piece of advice to the owners and/or managers; Train your staff customer service skills. If you, the manager, do not know what customer service is, you'd better get some training!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. We tried them out because we thought we would get better service, the service has been ridiculously poor. They don't read the prescriptions so they don't give the prescription as the doctor ordered, and then when you confront them, they argue until the absolute end how it is impossible they made a mistake, despite the proof being in your hand. Then they say they'll call the doctor, but don't call you back when they realize their wrong, and they corrected it so you never know your prescriptions are ready, and then swear up and down they did.



They will arbitrarily decide to delver part of your medications before you are ready for them, then are completely clueless when you ask why all the meds aren't ready, or why your spouse, whose prescriptions are set up for the same day aren't ready.



Heaven help you if there is any kind of issue what so ever with with the refills. If you go get refills, and they have to get doctor authorization for some, but not the others, they just can't seem to figure out that all the prescriptions are related, and they only deliver part of the order.



Then when you contact corporate headquarters, your concerns are absolutely ignored.



They only, only, only good thing is they are nice, and they do have the convenience delivery. We are going to see if we can't find some others though.
