Always had great service until now. Turned away 2x, a week a part for an inspection. The first time, the inspector would be an hour late. The 2nd time, I called to make an appt for the inspection but the lady said just come in. I arrived the next day only to be told the inspector would be out for an emergency. Why wouldn't they have more than 1 person? I was in and out at Quality Lube without the drama. They need to get rid of the blonde chick.

Could not find your hours of operation on your site, would be helpful to know this. Trying to come on Saturday but no answer on phone, I guess your closed?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother took her car there to have the tires rotated and balanced. One of her rims ended up scraped up and with red paint on it. She took her car back and they claimed that their machine didn't do that to her rim. The supposed owner just sat there with his arms folded and eyes rolling while my mother spoke with him.

I've gone to this place for at least 5 years and this is the first problem I've had and will be the last. I went to McDonald Tire to have 2 tires mounted to my rear OEM wheels. After receiving the ok that my tires were done I proceeded to verify that the directional tires were put on in the right direction which they were so I left. Later that night I noticed that all 5 of the spokes on my rim were damaged. Each one had a nice sized notch that was there now but wasn't before. This is the first time tires have been mounted on this car and both wheels have the exact same notches. After calling the following morning to tell the manager my issue he asked for me to send him pictures of the damage which I did and never heard back over the weekend. So I should up at his shop to talk to him. The only thing he said was we aren't responsible for your wheels.

TO WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW WHAT THE STORE HOURS ARE
