        I purchased furniture for 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room and family room from JORDANS in Avon, MA 2-1/2 years ago which cost me around $20000.00 or more + I paid well over $5000.00 in 5 year extended warranty. One of my 7 seater sofa sets chair color starter wearing out so I called in the first 6 months and they said they cannot do anything, they came out 2 times and said the same thing, but according to their warranty they would replace or repair anything that is spill, torn or danaged, but they did not honor that, and today they said to me that they will give me a $400.00 store credit and not repair or replace. I am willing to pay for just the chair which is damaged but the store said that they do not manufacture it anymore. So that means that I have to throw out my sofa set which is only less than 3 years old just because one chair has worn out even though I want to pay. DO NOT BUY FROM JORDANS, THEY ARE LIARS, UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. BEWARE OF THEM.
